Interactive Workshops Training for Public / Social Sector

Training for Public / Social Sector

If we improve ourselves this will improve the end result for beneficiaries; we will create a tidal wave of innovation

Public and “Charities and social enterprises - ‘the social sector’ - are the core of civil society. A healthy, independent, and engaged civil society is a hallmark of a thriving democracy. A robust sector is a sign of a confident democracy.”, so says a recent Government Policy Paper for Civil Society Strategy Building a Future that works for everyone.

However, thwarted by a rapidly changing society, increasing population and economic strain affecting resources, those providing services are expected to more with less.

To be able to adapt and thrive it’s essential for these sectors to arrive at new solutions by accessing the right support to stimulate innovation and provide sustainable skills to go forward. Training is often one of the first things to go when budgets are cut therefore delivery has to bring new perspectives and fresh insights, have impact and be effective and ready to use to meet the challenges of and realise a future that benefits all.
